Your tasks

Dispatch of official documents to clients and attorneys worldwide

Correspondence with patent and trademark offices in Germany and abroad

Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

Support of our patent attorneys and legal assistants in daily operations

Preparation and processing of legal documents in German and English

First point of contact for clients on the phone
What you bring to the table

Completed relevant vocational training or comparable professional experience

Experience in dealing with authorities or insurance companies is an advantage

Careful, structured, and independent way of working

Confident handling of MS Office

Good German and English skills

Team spirit, strong communication skills, and organizational talent
