Your tasks
- Responsible for keeping to deadlines and case management
- Correspondence with patent and trademark offices, both in Germany and abroad
- Preparation, filing and administration of intellectual property right applications
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting our patent attorneys in their day-to-day work
- Preparation and processing of legal documents in German and English
What you bring to the table
- Completed training as a patent paralegal
- Initial professional experience in the IP environment an advantage
- Methodical, organized, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, and ideally IP software Genese
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Works well in a team, has good communication and organizational skills
